Temperaturile scazute induse concomitent de fasciculii LASER din sistemul COOLSHAPE 2000 CAVI sunt folositi pentru a fractiona si transforma trigliceridelee din interiorul celulelor grase in particule mici si solide. Acest proces presupune o tehnologie avansata de racire ce actioneaza numai asupra adipocitului. In momentul in care celulele grase sunt supuse unei temperaturi scazute, se declanseaza apoptoza, procesul natural de distrugere a tesutului adipos. Ulterior, celule grase din zona supusa tratamentului sunt eliminate cu usurinta prin sistemul de drenaj al organismului.

Functia suplimentara a aparatului COOLSHAPE 2000 CAVI este cavitatia.  Aparatul devine astfel unul complet echipat si intruneste toate uneltele necesare pentru a combate eficient celulita si kilogramele in plus. Undele acustice (intre 25KHz si 40KHz) produse de cele doua capete de tratament pot fi dirijate in organism pentru a distruge definitiv celulele adipoase. 

Cavitatia cu ultrasunete joase reprezinta o functie suplimentara care intregeste ansamblul procedurilor de estetica medicala in combaterea adipocitului. Undele acustice produse de cele doua capete de tratament de la 25KHz pana la 20KHz, pot fi dirijate in organism pentru a distruge definitiv celulele adipoase localizate datorita efectului de frecare mecanica intre celulele grase pana la distrugerea membranei celulare. Acest tip de unde joase poate distruge pana la 100 de milioane de celule grase intr-o singura sedinta combinata.
